WHO WE SERVE

Individuals with complex care needs

We serve children, adolescents, and adults with complex care needs across southern Ontario, including Durham and the Greater Toronto Area as well as Peel, Halton, Hamilton and Brantford.

The individuals we support often present with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities, frequently accompanied by co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

We provide services in various settings, including group homes, foster homes, family homes and clinics.

WHAT WE OFFER

Clinical services and oversight

We conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments, develop individualized Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), provide mediator training, design and analyze data collection systems, facilitate family meetings, and develop goals focused on behaviour reduction and skill acquisition for each supported individual.

All services utilize evidence-based, empirically validated interventions rooted in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Our team really understands the journey individuals are on to believe in themselves, build their skills and coping strategies, become more independent, and feel a greater sense of belonging in their community.
